Fun Dance Song with Great Lyrics

Rita Ora Lyrics
"Anywhere"

Time flies by when the night is young
Daylight shines on an undisclosed location, location
Bloodshot eyes looking for the sun
Paradise delivered and we call it a vacation, vacation

You're painting me a dream that I
Wanna belong in, wanna belong in

Over the hills and far away
A million miles from L.A
Just anywhere away with you
I know we've got to get away
Someplace where no one knows our name
We'll find the start to something new
Just take me anywhere, take me anywhere
Anywhere away with you
Just take me anywhere, take me anywhere
Anywhere away with you

Fun, little less fun
Little less, over, over, over, over, me
Oh, fun, little less fun
Little less, over, over, over, over, me

Truth comes out when we're blacking out
Looking for connection in a crowd of empty faces, empty faces
Your secrets are the only thing I'm craving now
The good, and the bad, let me in
'Cause I can take it, I can take it

You're painting me a dream that I
Wanna belong in, wanna belong in

Over the hills and far away
A million miles from L.A
Just anywhere away with you
I know we've got to get away
Someplace where no one knows our name
We'll find the start to something new
Just take me anywhere, take me anywhere
Anywhere away with you
Just take me anywhere, take me anywhere
Anywhere away with you

Fun, little less fun
Little less, over, over, over, over, me
Oh, fun, little less fun
Little less, over, over, over, over, me

Take me anywhere
Oh, anywhere
Anywhere away with you
Take me anywhere

Over the hills and far away
A million miles from L.A
Just anywhere away with you
I know we've got to get away
Someplace where no one knows our name
We'll find the start to something new
Just take me anywhere, take me anywhere
Anywhere away with you
Just take me anywhere, take me anywhere
Anywhere away with you

Great Love Song

Fabulous Song!
Here are the lyrics:

Starship – Sara Lyrics
Go now, don't look back, we've drawn the line
Move on, it's no good to go back in time

I'll never find another girl like you, for happy endings it takes two
We're fire and ice, the dream won't come true

Chorus:
Sara, Sara, storms are brewin' in your eyes
Sara, Sara, no time is a good time for goodbyes

Danger in the game when the stakes are high
Branded, my heart was branded while my senses stood by

I'll never find another girl like you, for happy endings it takes two
We're fire and ice, the dream won't come true

Sara, Sara, storms are brewin' in your eyes
Sara, Sara, no time is a good time, oh
Sara, Sara, storms are brewin' in your eyes
Sara, Sara, no time is a good time for goodbyes

(cause Sara) Loved me like no one has ever loved me before
(And Sara) Hurt me, no one could ever hurt me more
(And Sara) Sara, nobody loved me anymore

(Guitar solo)

I'll never find another girl like you
We're fire and ice, the dream won't come true

Sara, Sara, no time is a good time, oh

Sara, Sara, storms are brewin' in your eyes
Sara, Sara, no time is a good time for goodbyes

Sara, Sara, -- storms -- are brewin' in your eyes
Sara, Sara, no time is a good time, no
Ooh Sara, why did it, why did it, why did it all fall apart
Sara, Sara...

Angel Flying Too Close to the Ground

Grief is Never Easy But This Song Touched My Very Soul

I heard part of these lyrics being sung by another band on TV
Someone said, that sounds like Willie Nelson.
I was going through profound grief at the time, a few hours earlier I had been notified of a tragic death.
Angels were on my mind and I liked the lyrics and looked them up.
Sure enough Willie Nelson wrote this song, so I bought it.

Here are the lyrics:

If you had not have fallen
Then I would not have found you
Angel flying too close to the ground
And I patched up your broken wing and hung around a while
Trying to keep your spirits up and your fever down

I knew someday that you would fly away
For love's the greatest healer to be found
So leave me if you need to, I will still remember
Angel flying too close to the ground

Fly on, fly on past, the speed of sound
I'd rather see you up than see you down
So leave me if you need to, I will still remember
Angel flying too close to the ground.

So leave me if you need to, I will still remember
Angel flying too close to the ground.

Lyrics to Lover and a Friend

Great song and here are the lyrics, best as I can figure:

When you told me I had the only key
That opened the door to your heart

Oh, make me a one-woman's man
And I'm gonna prove that I can
Be a father, a lover, and a friend

When you [are asleep?] no one else you'll see
Your love was for me and me alone

Oh Eddie I'm gonna make you a one-woman's man
And I know that I can
Be a mother, a lover, and a friend

When a woman makes a man feel like he's needed, like you do
And makes him know he's wanted, like you do

Oh yeah Eddie he'll ah
Stand on my corner just like you
Fight all my battles just like you
And try and try and try to satisfy

Everybody loves a lover
And baby you're a lover of lovers

Oh I'm gonna make you a one-woman's man
And I know that I can
Be a mother, a lover, and a friend

Everybody's somebody's fool
You and me baby, not a [?]

Baby I heard it, heard it through the grape vine
They're saying I'm yours, daddy I know your mine

All I Think About by Beans & Fatback

Just discovered this band. Love their rhythm, licks and lyrics.
Awesome!

Lyrics for All I Think About by Beans & Fatback

Four o'clock in the morning
You put my mind to rest
I ain't slept for ages

Feels like i'm slowly losing in
See, all i do is wonder
Where you are and who you're with
Why you left me in the first place
You should be here besides me

All i think about you
The way you move me
I Think about you
The way you suit me
I'm not gone for cry
but let me tell you
I'll cry a river for you

All i think about you
The way you move me
I Think about you
The way you suit me
I'm not gone for cry
but let me tell you
I'll cry a river for you

Never needed anybody
As strong as this before
It's hard to describe these feelings
I never felt this way before
So why don't you come back girl
Come back to me and stay
I'll walk a million miles for you
I wait for ever and a day

All i think about you
The way you move me
I Think about you
The way you suit me
I'm not gone for cry
but let me tell you
I'll cry a river for you

My lover's heart
Restless as can be
There been many girls before
That came and went just to please me
Those days are over now
Cause all I really want is you
All I really need is you
All I really want is you

All i think about you
The way you move me
I Think about you
The way you suit me
I'm not gone for cry
but let me tell you
I'll cry a river for you

All i think about you
The way you move me
I Think about you
The way you suit me
I'm not gone for cry
but let me tell you
I'll cry a river for you

Let The Good Times Roll

Hey, everybody, let's have some fun
You only live but once
And when you're dead you're done, so

Let the good times roll, let the good times roll
I don't care if you're young or old
Get together, let the good times roll

Don't sit there mumblin', talkin' trash
If you wanna have a ball
You gotta go out and spend some cash, and
Let the good times roll, let the good times roll
I don't care if you're young or old
Get together, let the good times roll

Hey Mr. Landlord, lock up all the doors
When the police comes around
Just tell 'em that the joint is closed
Let the good times roll, let the good times roll
I don't care if you're young or old
Get together, let the good times roll

Hey tell everybody
Mr. King's in town
I got a dollar and a quarter
Just rarin' to clown
But don't let nobody play me cheap
I got fifty cents more that I'm gonna keep, so

Let the good times roll, let the good times roll
I don't care if you're young or old
Get together, let the good times roll

No matter whether rainy weather
Birds of a feather gotta stick together
So get yourself under control
Go out and get together and let the good times roll

Heart Pumping Rhythm

A classic song great for dancing and fun to sing-a-long. Ray Charles gives this song a life of its own. I love listening to this while driving on a long trip. Better than coffee for staying awake. Percy Mayfield wrote the song. Ray Charles made it internationally famous.

Hit The Road Jack Lyrics:

Hit the road Jack and don't you come back
No more, no more, no more, no more
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more
What you say?
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back
No more, no more, no more, no more
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more

Woah, woman, oh woman, don't treat me so mean
You're the meanest old woman that I've ever seen
I guess if you said so
I'd have to pack my things and go
(That's right)

Hit the road Jack and don't you come back
No more, no more, no more, no more
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more
What you say?
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back
No more, no more, no more, no more
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more

Now baby, listen baby, don't ya treat me this a way
'Cause I'll be back on my feet some day
Don't care if you do 'cause it's understood
You ain't got no money you just ain't no good
Well, I guess if you say so
I'd have to pack my things and go
(That's right)

Hit the road Jack and don't you come back
No more, no more, no more, no more
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more
What you say?
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back
No more, no more, no more, no more
Hit the road Jack and don't you come back no more

Well
(Don't you come back no more)
Uh, what you say?
(Don't you come back no more)

I didn't understand you
(Don't you come back no more)
You can't mean that
(Don't you come back no more)

Oh, now baby, please
(Don't you come back no more)
What you tryin' to do to me?
(Don't you come back no more)

Oh, don't treat me like that
(Don't you come back no more)

Extremely Versatile Compact Stereo

This is a complete kit that comes with a ton of very useful features and accessories. Perfect for tiny home living, RV's, travel trailers van  campers.

It is powered by USB cord, you can plug into the wall (comes with adapter) or any USB power source. My RV came with 3 cigarette lighter type adapters. I am able to use a USB adapter inside the 12volt adapter, then operate this stereo using the USB cord. In this manner, it will play off the 12 volt system. If you use solar panels for electricity, you will certainly understand why it's super useful being able to run it off 12 volt instead of household current.

In the box you have the player, mounting bracket, screws with sleeves, remote control, 110 electric plug, USB cord, audio cord, table stand, handy remote and printed instructions.

The versatility is amazing. I can play any type of CD, listen to FM radio, plug in my MP3 player, use Bluetooth, plug in music on a USB stick or plug in a TF card,  Amazing! It seems to do everything except make a cup of coffee.

I love the sound, the bass and treble are clear with no distortion. The highs are high and the lows are low. I play a huge variety of music from rock and roll to classical. These speakers seem to love it all. I can even hook up ear phones to it so I don't disturb the neighbors at 3am with loud music.

A great product fully loaded. You can even plug it into an external battery bank with the USB cord and take it to a party, but be careful because others will want this astounding stereo for themselves.

I Can See Your Eyes and Almost Hear Your Lovely Lies

One of James Taylors love songs, superbly well done.

Here are the lyrics:

JAMES TAYLOR
I Was A Fool To Care Lyrics

I was a fool to care
I was a fool to care
I was a fool to care
But I don't care even if I was a fool
I'm still in love with you

Had I listened to the grapevine
I might have had my doubts
But I did my level best just to block them out
'cause love is so unwise and love has no eyes
And it took a while for a fool to see
What his friends were on about

I was a fool to care
I was a fool to care
I was a fool to care
But I don't care even if I was a fool
I'm still in love with you

Imagining your face
It almost fills the empty space before me
I can see your eyes and almost hear your lovely lies

I wish I was an old man
And love was through with me
I wish I was a baby on my mama's knee
I wish I was a freight train moving down the line
Just keeping track of time
Without all these memories

I was a fool to care
I was a fool to care
I was a fool to care
But I don't care even if I was a fool
I'm still in love with you
Baby, yes, I am
I could have opened my eyes
I could have seen through your lies
I could have stood for no more
I could have walked out the door

But I was a fool to care, I was a fool to care
But I was a fool to care, I was a fool to care
You weren't nothing but a fool to care; just a country fool to care.

Classic Love Song Everyone Should Own

Awesome love song for your lovers compilation. Here are the lyrics to this classic love song.

"Baby I'm-A Want You"

Baby I'm-a want you
Baby I'm-a need you
You're the only one I care enough to hurt about
Maybe I'm-a crazy
But I just can't live without
your lovin' and affection
Givin' me direction
Like a guiding light to help me through a darkest hour
Lately I'm a-prayin'
That you'll always be a-stayin' beside me

Used to be my life was just emotions passing by
Feeling all the while and never really knowing why

Lately I'm a-prayin'
That you'll always be a-stayin' beside me.

Used to be my life was just emotions passing by
Then you came along and made me laugh and made me cry
You taught me why

Baby I'm-a want you
Baby I'm-a need you

Oh, it took so long to find you, baby

Baby I'm-a want you
Baby I'm-a need you
