Pretty Simple, Works Great.
Screw the cable part into the back of your TV.
Plug in the electricity.
Turn on TV, rescan for channels.
After several tests of putting it hither and yonder (rescanning TV each time) I found out putting it high up in the window brought in the most channels.

Terrific Stand, Works Best with a Little Piece of Rubber on The Clamp

I have been using this over 4 years now.
It was bought for my motorhome to hold a 16 inch TV clamped to the table.
The versatility is wonderful.
The TV can be aimed towards the comfy chair or turned towards the kitchen or aimed at the dining booth.
When it's time to drive the motorhome, the TV is safely attached with no chance of falling and breakage.
The stand did not include a piece of rubber which it needs to stay securely clamped to the table when swinging the TV around.
I used a piece of black rubber drawer liner cut to fit the top metal piece of the clamp.
With the rubber in place, the stand never moves or wiggles on the table when adjusting the TV up or down or swinging it around to view from the kitchen.
