Dynamic Battery Tester, A Must Have For Every Household
Terrific gadget to keep in my drawer full of batteries.
I do get so frustrated sometimes trying to figure out if my flashlight is dead or just the batteries are dead. Many flashlights just one day die for good and new batteries don't help them. I think I've thrown out good batteries and that is a huge waste of money.
Ditto for the remote. I drop my remote many times and sadly I have to sometimes replace the remote because I dropped it too many times. Now I am no longer frustrated trying to figure out if the batteries are good or the remote is bad.

Fantastic Portable Rechargeable Lithium Battery Power Bank
This is a fantastic external battery pack. It arrived with a nifty padded zippered carrying case. Included in the case were the instructions, the battery pack and the charging cord. Video included below.
Just plug into a 110 outlet to charge it up to 100% then you are ready to rock and roll. I've included a video that shows the size with a ruler beside the power bank, I turn it on 12 volt for USB outlets then turn it on AC to power an LED desk lamp. I also used the USB to power up a stereo with a builtin lamp. With this portable battery, you can recharge your cell phones, tablets, laptops. You can power a digital LED or LCD TV if it's under 200 watts (most 32 inches and under are 50 watts or less).
If you have a power outage in your home or RV, you can use this power bank as needed.
Lithium batteries are the best to have because they don't suffer memory problems. In other words, you can recharge them after only using 10% of the battery or recharge after using 80%, it doesn't matter. The battery will top up. Once the battery is fully charged, remember to unplug from the outlet.
This unit will accept a solar charge, though I didn't have a solar panel to test it with, but I love that concept for camping, living off the grid, tiny home lifestyles and just the sheer portability.
I live in a tiny motorhome, so I am outdoors often. This battery bank enables me to have a power source where ever I want it. On the side of the unit is a built-in cooling fan that operates as needed to cool the unit down. It does get warm during use.

I am an amateur, mostly interested in testing the state of my DC batteries for my RV motorhome and batteries used in products like AA, C, D etc.
This multimeter came complete with the probes and the 9volt battery to operate it. The meter is ready to operate, right out of the box. Reusable protective caps are on the female ends of the leads.
The manual is 15 pages long, in English with print large enough to read, not that teeny tiny impossible print. Troubleshooting and maintenance section also included.
I am impressed with the large digital readout. No magnifying glass needed for this. The meter is easy to hold. On the back is a keyhole type hook so you can hang this on a tool pegboard or anywhere you choose to hang it up, if you prefer that over storing it in the box. There is also an easel type door on the rear that can be used to prop the meter up on the table.
The entire product with probes and manual arrived in a sturdy box perfect for storing the meter between uses. Alternatively it hangs on the wall or pegboard. There are rubber sleeves on the rear to hold the probes between uses.

If you have a small truck or SUV or a mid sized car, these 8 gauge cables are going to be perfect for your personal needs. They come in a nice neat compact sturdy box with a handle for easy compact storage between uses. The 12 foot length is going to work out fine in most cases.
Two important things to know when shopping for booster cables:
The smaller the gauge number, the heavier the cable. The second is look for UL-Listed or UL-Listing as that is of prime importance.
UL is an acronym for Underwriters' Laboratories (used especially on labels for electrical appliances approved by this nonprofit safety-testing organization).
UL Listing means that UL has tested representative samples of the product and determined that it meets UL’s requirements. These requirements are based primarily on UL’s published and nationally recognized Standards for Safety.
Heavy jumper cables will conduct more electricity. However, sometimes it's prudent after hooking up a battery for jumping, to just wait 5 minutes to let the dead battery get a charge going off the donor
battery before starting the car with the dead battery.
If you run into somebody needing help that has a jumbo sized SUV, truck or car, and you have smaller gauge cables, you can probably still help them out by waiting 5 minutes after the batteries are hooked up to send some charge over from your donor battery (with engine running) to their dead battery. After 5 minutes they can try to start their dead battery and typically this will work.

I live in a tiny motorhome under 200 square feet with several battery operated lamps, flash lights, camera, motion lights, remote controls for TV and overhead exhaust plus bathroom clock, wireless mouse, mail scale and can opener. All of these use AAA batteries.
Having batteries on hand, all from the same manufacturer make life far easier, as mixing batteries never works. Rayovac seems to out perform other batteries, so i stick to their brand name.
I seriously like that these batteries (I bought the 18 pack) are packed in a efficient package that is reusable until the batteries are finished. They tuck away nicely in a drawer with the other sized batteries taking up minimal room. As I use up the batteries, I stick a crumpled piece of paper in the container to keep the rest of the batteries upright in the dust proof container until needed.
I am thus far 100% satisfied with Rayovac batteries, which I have been using for years now.
It takes me about a year to go through 18 batteries, and I've never had trouble with a dead one yet.
