Measure Carefully, These Didn't Fit Any of The 8 Chairs I Tried Them On

Mine arrived all stinky, but I was planning to use them outdoors, so I was hoping the sunshine would chase the stink away. Several days later, they still seem to stink. The stitching on mine was not neat. Maybe a beginner was sewing up mine, but it should have been in the seconds bin.

I tried these on my directors chair. Doesn't fit.
Tried them on my rocking chair. Didn't fit that either.
Put them on my camp chair. Didn't fit.
Tried them on captain''s chair and velcro too weak to hold them on, no give to the neoprene.
Put them on the club chairs, won't stay put.
Tried them on camp chair. Didn't fit.
Tried them on camping recliner, velcro won't stay snug.
Tried them on folding lawn chair, doesn't work there either.

I don't know what chair these are made for. I tried them on 8 different chairs. I was sure they would fit on one of them.

The velcro is not sturdy either, like maybe it's not real velcro.

I received this product as a free sample for evaluation and reviewing. I am providing my honest and unbiased review. The vendor has not influenced, modified or edited my comments.

I am sad to say I have to give these 1 star. I only agree to review products that I can use. I thought with 8 assorted arm chairs that have bare arms, I could surely get these to fit on one of those 8 chairs. But it was not happening.

I did look all over for an alternative use for these. Such as gathering cord at the back of the TV. I have some similar sleeves with zippers that do that exact same thing, but I was having trouble getting the velcro to stay put as my cords were a too tight in the sleeve.

Ironically I have a homemade bicycle rack on the rear bumper of my motorhome. Part of it is kind of rusty where it touches my tires. UsuallY i use a piece of foam pool noodle to separate the rusty section from touching my tire and spokes. Well, by golly I finally got these velcro arm rest things to fit there. They are actually a little too wide for this application, I could redo it and add just a portion of the pool noodle to fill in the extra air space, but for now they do fit and my bicycle can rest there without touching the rusty metal.

I am sorry these just not general armrest covers. If you are buying them measure extremely carefully to make sure they will fit. Otherwise you might be disappointed. They didn't fit any of my 8 different arm chairs.

Also, at the time I reviewed these, the listed product dimension on the Amazon page are totally wrong, they showed Product Dimensions 7.9 x 5.5 x 0.4 inches. No way are these .4 inches thick and they were a lot longer than 7.9 inches. I should have measured mine before installing them on the bicycle rack.

These need to go back to the drawing board. Something not right. Since they are now on my rear bumper bicycle carrier, I no longer care that they still stink after a few days.

I've included a picture of the bicycle rack on my rear motorhome bumper to show that BY GOLLY I finally found a use for these. Good look finding a use for yours.
