Numerous Qualities with Exceptional Well Thought Out Features

This backpack has numerous fine qualities with well thought out features that make it very useful.

The wide shoulder straps are made of nice breathable webbing with foam padding. Hikers get sweaty and packs are heavy, so I was very pleased to see these thoughtful qualities included. There are comfortable waist and chest belts allowing you to spread out the weight between your shoulders, back and hips,dramatically reducing fatigue while hiking.

This bag has numerous  useful accouterments such as:

The fabric is lightweight but very durable. The stitching is professionally done and sturdy.
Zippers are substantial metal with large finger hooks that are pull tabs attached with string and a sturdy plastic piece that allows you to quickly open and close zippers without fumbling around fighting with toggles.

There are straps and hooks on the back for sleeping bag or sleeping mat with heavy duty plastic hardware.
There are useful side pockets including one that will hold a beverage bottle that has a drawstring around it so if you are climbing and hiking, your bottle isn't going to fall out and tumble down the hill or rocks, leaving you without hydration.

The inside of the bag is good with plenty of room for food, clothes and camping gear.
The foam padded wings on the sides insure that you won't have a chafing problem if you are using the given straps to cinch it around your waist to help with weight distribution. These too have the nice breathable comfortable webbing to wick away sweat so the bag isn't sticking to you.

The back has padding and webbing, I like this for the comfort and sweat factor.
Across the upper chest in the front is another strap to optionally use in front. If you are say jumping from rock to rock across a river, this bag is going to stay firmly attached to your body and not fall off (if you have used all the optional straps.)

Besides it being a durable bag for hiking and camping, it's a fantastic bag to pack for a vacation or weekend get away.
