I think this product needs to go back to the drawing board.
Out of the box they looked cute and fit my ears comfortably. The location of the volume control is not at all convenient. Can't see it to tell which button you are pushing. But it doesn't matter. Mine doesn't work at all.

Sound is awesome but the volume button doesn't work at all. The other pause and play button doesn't work and the microphone doesn't work. Other than those problems, it works fine.
I received this product as a free sample for evaluation and reviewing. I am providing my honest and unbiased review. The vendor has not influenced, modified or edited my comments.
It seems a shame to get it for free for review then give it a really bad review but it doesn't do the things it's promised to do, so I surely can't rave about it malfunctioning.
I think they spent too much on cute packaging and not enough on quality. It's impossible to get them back in the cute case. So what's the point of providing the cute case? A ziplock would have sufficed.
So sorry to give these 1 star review, but both my pairs were faulty. What are the odds of getting two bad pairs?
